1.多運用動詞和主動語態

      在文章中把一個主要的名詞換成動詞。

      Verbtobe：theuseofleafblowersbefore8amisaviolationoflocalnoiseabatementlaws.

      Actionverb：theuseofleafblowersbefore8amviolateslocalnoiseabatementlaws.

2.在文章中使用specificwords

      少generalwords，多增加specificimages。這兩者怎么區別呢?我們來舉個例子，car就是generalwords，因為車的種類有很多，而BenzSUV就是specificwords。在考試的中，多使用specificwords可以幫助把物體解釋的更清楚，讀者也會獲得更多的信息，使他們對你的文章更方便了解。

      General：Tomgotintohiscaranddroveoff.

      Specific：TomleapedintohisSUVandroaredoff.

3.用動詞替代句子中的某一個重要的名詞或形容詞

      Verbtobe：Thequarterback’swretchedperformancewasadisgracetohisteam.

      Actionverb：Thequarterback’swretchedperformancehumiliatedhisteam.

4.使用簡單詞匯

      在新sat寫作中，有的同學習慣使用一些例如uglyassin,prettyasapicture之類的詞匯。在這里，建議大家不要使用這類詞匯。因為新sat寫作備考生們在使用這些詞匯的時候，會給讀者一種陳詞濫調、平淡無味的感覺，更有可能使讀者誤會你本身的意思。

      General：Iwasshakinginmybootsbeforetheinterview,butIwashappyasalarkwhenthepersonnelmanagerofferedmethejob.

      Improved：Iwasterrifiedbeforetheinterview,butIwasecstaticwhenthepersonnelmanagerofferedmethejob.

5.避免使用俚語

      新sat的寫作，要求的是一篇有專業性的寫作，而不是一篇日記或隨筆，所以俚語不應該在sat的考試中出現。就好像是高考作文中，考生把“我要去…”寫成“俺要去…”加有地方方言的語言方式。

      例：Brian’smotherreprimandedhimforblowinghisphysictest.

      Improved：Brian’smotherreprimandedhimforfailinghisphysictest.

     寫作的時候，盡量的使用簡單易懂的詞匯語句，可以使讀者更清楚的明白你的立場和你文章的目的。要記住，sat寫作不是考察你的生詞量，而是在考察你是否能將你的想法通過文字的方式傳遞給讀者。
